The following information is required to schedule your Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm inspection.
Please note requests for inspection should be done at least two weeks prior to your closing/rental date.
The inspection fees are $50.00 when scheduled more than 10 days before closing. The fee increases to $75.00
4 to 10 days before closing and $125.00 if 4 days or less.
